What an incredible evening celebrating legacy, brotherhood, and milestones that span generations last night at Clark Lodge No 61 in Chester.

Brother Walter Webber was honoured with his 70-year bar/certificate and his 65 year certificate by the Senior Grand Warden, RW Bro Ken Simmons and, as if that wasn’t impressive enough, they was also cake celebrating his 100th birthday which was on September 9th! Whatever’s in the water down at Clarke, it’s working. Walter looks fantastic for a centenarian and continues to inspire all.

Adding to the magic, there's another local brother who had received his 65-year bar, and here's the kicker: Walter himself signed his petition back in 1959. Brother Peter Wilkins is just four years away from his 70-year bar, so the legacy continues.

There was also a special moment for Worshipful Master, Marc Landriault, who was presented with his new dark blue collar and cuffs. Clarke Lodge, now 155 years strong, has earned the honour of transitioning from light blue to dark blue regalia, a proud symbol of its enduring history.

Here's to tradition, longevity, and the bonds that make Clarke Lodge No. 61 such a special place.
